AcXess V-lab Classroom Management
V-Works manages your V-labs for you, and gives you "update once" functionality for your “Master lab” data. Each student session is pre-configured just the way you want it for consistency and quality in your online classroom. No more difficulty with students who can’t install your materials and software properly, they just sign on and go to learn! The student catalog is maintained by you. Just update once, and all students get the update the next time they login! You can manage multiple classes for many levels of training, or just keep one master V-lab with regular updates.

SharePoint Services Site
AcXess can also provide you with a custom SharePoint services site for all training materials, testing & surveys, class discussion forums, calendars or whatever you need to centrally manage with your teaching style.

V-Works "Saved State" & secure transfer
This advanced feature allows you to save your custom work for a student from a special session to your account, and then name it and schedule it for your own tutorial use or even transfer the V-lab with a one time secure transfer code for a student to use (for extra credit or extra catch-up!).

How can I build a custom demo image on this 'Virtual Workspace' site?
Schedule one of the catalog solutions, then map to your local drive through “My Computer” on the demo image. You can cut and paste text or graphics to “brand” your own custom solution for any client or project! Click the “save” button to name your solution so you can re-schedule it for demos or labs in the future.
NEW: You can also transfer it to someone else for their use after you customize the solution!

Can I have my own branded site as well?
Yes, AcXess can also design your custom branded site with the same V-Works features found here for special training, consulting or full production online services.
